Warranty Terms

At IceMoissanite, we prioritize craftsmanship and quality in all our gemstones. We take pride in the superior standards we uphold and stand confidently behind the exceptional quality of our products. For this reason, we provide a comprehensive warranty for all our gemstones. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions.

GEMSTONE WARRANTY TERMS

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective as of the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable to another person. To ensure warranty coverage, please register your IceMoissanite or IceMoissanite Plus gemstone(s) within 28 days of purchase using the unique Warranty ID provided on the back of your Warranty Card.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the optical properties of IceMoissanite, and IceMoissanite Plus gemstones, including their brilliance, fire, and color. It also covers the physical integrity of the stones, including chipping, breaking, scratching, and abrasions. You must exercise reasonable and proper care to prevent damage. For that reason, our warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage or defects due to accidents, such as dropping or impact.
• Abuse or misuse, including improper cleaning or exposing the gemstones to harsh chemicals.
• Loss or theft of your gem(s), as it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of the gemstones.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by individuals not authorized by EcoMoissanite

MISCELLANEOUS

Every IceMoissanite gemstone is accompanied by a Warranty Card, which includes a unique Warranty ID. Please keep this Warranty Card safe, as it serves as proof of warranty coverage. When sending a gemstone to us, you are responsible for the shipping and any associated insurance costs. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipment. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty expressly excludes all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We recommend that all IceMoissanite, and IceMoissanite Plus gemstones purchased from us be handled exclusively by our experts. This warranty is automatically null and void if anyone other than our experts performs any work on the gems. We reserve the right to replace the gemstones covered by this warranty with new gems.

CHANGES TO OUR GEMSTONE WARRANTY TERMS

We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions to enhance our services. However, it is essential to note that these changes may impact your rights and obligations. We recommend reviewing our warranty terms regularly before and after making a purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our gemstone warranty applies in the United States and may vary in other countries. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our gemstones, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or damages to personal property. As stated above, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the gemstone(s).
