Rest assured that the package’s safety is important to us, as we implement specialized secure packaging methods designed for high-value gemstone transit.
Once the courier service assigns a tracking number, we will email it to you. This way, you can keep track of your package as it makes its way to you. If you need assistance locating your tracking number, our customer support team is always available to help. Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, as we strive to ensure safe and efficient deliveries of your orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We proudly cater to jewelers and businesses worldwide and are pleased to offer international shipping services. However, it is essential to note that applicable import duties, taxes, or other fees are your sole responsibility. If you are an international customer, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office and familiarizing yourself with the potential import duty procedures and fees related to gemstone imports.
Upon your parcel’s arrival in your country, the shipping carrier or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment for any charges that may be due. Please be aware that these charges are beyond our control and vary depending on your country’s laws and regulations.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMELINES
When you place a bulk gemstone order, our quality control team begins processing your order immediately. Each stone is carefully inspected and authenticated before shipping. Orders for stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. For specialized gemstone cuts and large-quantity orders, shipping occurs within 10-15 days. We strive to ensure a seamless experience from selection to delivery, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by third-party shipping carriers. We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unexpected events. These circumstances can affect the carrier’s ability to deliver your package on time. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
